Why does the power bank stop for a few seconds when I plug in another device to charge? When you insert a new device for charging, the power bank will redistribute the charging power, which takes a few seconds to complete. This is a normal process, and you can rest assured that it is functioning as intended.

Why does the power bank stop charging when it charges my wireless earphones to about 90%? Please note that if a low-current device (such as earbuds or smartwatches) is nearly fully charged, its input current will drop to around 30-40mA. Since the output current of the power bank is at least 60mA, the power bank will automatically power off to conserve energy.

Do all charging ports support 22.5W charging? The USB-A port on the power bank delivers 22.5W charging. When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the total charging output will still reach 22.5W. However, if you charge devices separately using the USB-A port, it can reach the full 22.5W charging speed.
